Epilepsy Matters is an American-based public awareness group with a particular focus on epilepsy. We have been in operation for over 10 years, helping hundreds of people living with epilepsy find peace of mind. Our work has been noted by key figures in society as well as activist groups.
We are proud to be associated with some of the nation’s leading research institutions, some of whom occasionally share their findings with us. With their permission, we will be sharing the latest discoveries in the world of epilepsy, including how to prevent it, how to reduce the effects of its symptoms, and if it can be cured. We have a diverse and qualified team whose main purpose is to highlight the plight of people who have epilepsy. In our midst, we have medical doctors who have helped numerous epilepsy patients with success.
We also have biochemical researchers as well as psychological experts who bring invaluable advice to the team. Finally, we have social media experts and financial analysts who spread the message and keep our financial books in order. But the most important people are the hundreds of volunteers who have dedicated their time to help epilepsy patients. These are the real heroes who make us proud.
